What are the arrangements for meeting my driver at an airport, and is there a limit to waiting time included in the fare?
To ensure a smooth pickup, you will receive bespoke instructions based on the airport you’re arriving at on how to rendezvous with your driver
We'll track your flight to ensure that we are there for you, even if you arrive early or late.
Your fare includes (airport drop-off on journeys to airports) short term parking, and the first hour of waiting time starting from your flight's landing time.
As a general rule, we tend not to charge extra if your plane is especially late.
Is there an additional fee during specific hoursi or on public holidays?
If your airport drop-off or collection requires travel by your driver between Midnight and 05:00 AM, depending on the likely hours of travel, a discretionary supplement will be added. You would be advised of this in advance of course
