What are the arrangements for meeting my driver at the airport, and is there a limit to the free waiting time included in the fare?

To ensure a smooth pickup, your driver will be waiting for you in "Arrivals" at the airport. You'll receive clear instructions on where to find your driver via email confirmation after booking. We'll track your flight to ensure that we are there for you, even if you arrive early or late. If you expect to take longer to clear customs and reach your driver, you can request a delay time to extend the free waiting period when you book.

Is there an additional fee during specific hours or on public holidays?

If your airport drop-off or collection is between Midnight and Five AM, a £10 supplement will be added.

Your fare includes airport drop-off, parking, and the first hour of waiting time starting from your flight's landing time.

Additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of £5 per fifteen minutes or part thereof. If we are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will compensate you at the same rate.
